Thomas Masino, Ing. is a well-qualified and highly motivated Sales and Logistics Specialist with over 30 years’ experience across multiple technical and business functions, practiced in Europe, Middle East, Asia, UK and USA.

He began his career as a buyer, purchasing manager, and logistics director.

Later, he went through challenges, but also successes as a salesperson, sales manager, project manager, and business owner. Each position gave him unique insights into different aspects of selling.

Renowned for his skill in negotiation, Thomas thrives on help creating solutions that foster long-term success for all parties involved. He excels at bringing together diverse teams and inspiring collaboration, resulting in innovative solutions and breakthrough results. He is passionate about networking, and connecting people with establishing safe spaces, where magic can happen and so new, sometimes unexpected, good things can be born. You need someone, who organizes any appointment? He is your man.

Another key strength of Thomas’ approach is his ability to analyze processes and drive operational efficiency. More importantly, he engages stakeholders in a way that ensures sustainable implementation of any improvements. Thomas is a married father of three boys, now living in his favorite “green” district in Vienna, Austria in the heart of Europe.

Most of all, however, he enjoys rounding off a successful day with a sunset by the sea in Italy or Greece and a good glass of red wine.
